Highlander’s Grill is family-owned business established in 2011. Founder and owner Stan Sikon is actively involved in daily operations of the Grill. You will see the owner cooking in the kitchen every day and making homemade ice cream during summer months. Stan’s passion for cooking was born in Zakopane, Poland where he became certified chef. His cooking style is very old fashioned. All meals are prepared from scratch, no frozen meat is allowed, and only quality fresh ingredients are chosen. The founder brought his ideas and recipes from Europe and combined them with American cuisine. Today, Highlander’s Grill is home to the best Polish traditional zapiekanki, pierogi, amazing gourmet burgers, and best of all delicious homemade ice cream and waffles.
